Doing the Work Before Asking for Your Vote

I recently met with the General Manager of Engineering at Burnaby City Hall for a meaningful conversation about the inner workings of city government.

Real leadership is not about slogans or photo ops. It is about preparation, understanding, and taking the time to learn from the people who manage the systems residents rely on every day.

These conversations give me insight into how decisions are made, how projects move forward, and where leadership can better serve the public. I believe in showing up, asking good questions, and doing the work before asking for your vote.

Support Our Cause

This campaign runs on people — not corporations, unions, or backroom money. BC election rules allow only Canadian citizens and permanent residents to donate, and strict annual limits apply. That means real community support is the only way forward. Every dollar goes directly toward outreach, voter engagement, and building a campaign that answers to residents — not insiders. If you want practical leadership in Burnaby, this is how you back it. E-trasnfers garnet@garnetfor burnaby.ca
